Melisa and Wesley – Musicians Makeover

Persona:

Opera angel, Melisa Barrick Baldwin and her master-cellist-husband, Wesley Baldwin, their son and dogs.

Problem:

The outdated craftsman didn't fit the growing family.

Solution:

Demolish upstairs attic area to the studs, wire, plumb and build to create two bedrooms, one bath, a living room and lots of storage.
Remodel kitchen area to make it a fresh, new, blue-beauty!

Tips:

If you have stairs and small children, make sure spindles are spaced no more than 4" apart with extra sturdy bracing and rails.

Fun Facts:

Their three dogs enjoy their new space almost as much as their humans!
