Gretchen and Jim – Tearing Down Walls

Personas:

Married couple with two children and dog.

Problem:

Their kitchen and dining room did not reflect their sense of style.  The design was from the eighties, the rooms were small and storage was scarce.

Solution:

Remove walls, move half-bath, demolish kitchen, rewire, replumb, install new hardwood flooring, staircase, cabinetry, countertops, tile and lighting.

Tips:

Take a family vacation during the remodeling process to relieve stress.
